We go into the drive through today and after a few minutes it's really apparent there is some issue going on as we aren't moving, at all for several minutes. Finally it starts moving and it really starts moving! The girl on the intercom was friendly, clear and repeated eveyrhing back. Get up to the window and a man greets us, apologizes for the wait time, calls my hubby boss ♡ and was just so friendly. Bravo to these two for doing their job to the very best of their ability under stress and a long line. They should be a role model for all of us. Really awesome Amherst Tim's (one by the freewa

Waiting for 8 minute before I'm told I have to wait another 6 minutes for my wedges....the the mean time I observe the lady picking out old scraps left over cold before she throws the rest in the garbage. If your gonna make me wait 14 minutes for wedges give me the fresh ones. All and all as a whole time Hortons is not the place it used to be, keeps going down hill with quality. Get your stuff together, cause right now 711 is better than you guys

Drive shows open on google maps, apple map and tesla’s map but when we reached there no one answers on the speaker, at the window infact you cannot even see one single person in the gas station!!! We have been travelling for 3 hours and have 3 more to go!!! Atleast take it off the google and stuff so that no one gets confused!!! Very disappointing!!
