never took the instruction right, this was the 3rd time weve seen the same mistake. I ordered yam fries for my girlfriend and she already told me before coming here that they never do a fresh batch but I still ordered and even while ordering on drive thru we told them to make them fresh and crispy and provide ketchup but got nothing of it and the yam fries were mixed with old batch of regular fries and not fresh at all. Never going back there

My 1st time @ A&W in years. Ordered the Mozza combo. In a very short time, my meal was ready. I was asked by, Derek, and the cook, if I was satisfied with my order. My response was, great burger, although the fries are cold. The staff, insisted, that I not eat the fries & made a fresh batch, just for me. Attentive, upbeat and wonderful friendly staff. I'll be back 👍

Rude on the drive through speaker. Rushing me to get it all done. More concerned with their drive through time then the order. Didn’t remember to put my dip in the bag even though I mentioned it three times. And honestly your portions are so bad now it’s pretty much the same price as eating in a restaurant minus the tip. At least the restaurant food tastes good and they give you good service.
