I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small coffee. When I got to the window, I scanned my points card and the employee, John, let me know that with my points the coffee was free. I was pleasantly surprised. Then he went a step further and asked if I would like to upgrade to a medium instead. I was genuinely impressed that an employee would go out of his way to make the experience even better. Congratulations on the excellent training and hiring. John provided outstanding customer service and represented your team very well. Great job, John, and thank you again!

I’m a regular at this Tim Hortons and the experience is always great thanks to two amazing employees, John and Jude. They make every visit smooth, quick, and genuinely enjoyable. I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. When there was an issue with my order, I politely explained the problem, but the staff refused to fix it and only offered a refund instead. This left me having to go back to work without any food. What made it worse was that a manager/supervisor was present and sided with the employee. The employee was wearing AirPods, standing around, didn’t smile, and showed no interest in helping. If this is customer service, it really needs improvement. And I read most of the other reviews about staff being friendly I swear have never seen that eit
