I ordered an artisan sandwich and it literally came with 2 burnt bread 2 tomato slices 2 lettuce and 2 pieces of bacon. They need to handle the food better. The worst part was that the bread, it was literally harder than steel. On the picture it might look good but when you take a bite, you’ll feel it poking your lips 0/10.

The staff here are very friendly, polite, and hardworking. They are always welcoming and work quickly, and I really appreciate that they never rush customers even when someone is paying with coins or taking a little longer. Their attitude and professionalism are great. However, it often feels like there simply aren’t enough staff members. The place is almost always busy because of the large number of customers. Logically, both cash registers should be taking orders to keep the line moving, but most of the time only one person is doing it. This seems more like a management issue than a staff

Worse experience I felt in this location. Over charging for something we don’t ask I ask for jalapeño bagel and the cashew when we repeat the order at all and the manager bought everything bagel and there’s a couple of customers are waiting more than 1015 minutes to get their orders and when I said that that’s not what I ordered then they’re saying it if you don’t have the jalapeño bagel, then I said so how do you assume to give me everything? Bagel? Something that I asked for it? Then when I asked for the refund and then she’s like oh you guys are wasting my time? The manager’s respond so I d

Customer service is horrible. We ordered a habanero bowl, and they put on the receipt cilantro wrap when i said VERY CLEARLY habanero bowl multiple times. Then it took over 30 minutes for them to get the order correct as we had to speak to the staff 4 times just so they understood and they still didn’t get it. They were laughing at us instead of trying to get the order right. This tim hortons sucks and i’m never ordering from here again
