I went yesterday looking for this mug. The lovely cashier offered to look in the back for me. It was on a high shelf & had to get some help getting it. She also helped me with a few other items. She definitely went above and beyond. I think any other employee would have just said they didn't have it. Super friendly, professional & personable. Thank you I love my mug.

Honest to god this is the greatest Tim Hortons in the GTA. Their consistency is second to none. The ingredients in the food taste fresh, the coffee is peak and their service is fast and friendly. No exaggeration what so ever my partner and I go out of our way to eat/drink at this location over any other Tim Hortons. Recommend the drive thru during lunch time hours throughout the week, as it gets very crowded with high school students during their breaks. Keep up the good work, staff we love you.

quality is terrible we asked for cream cheese and the barely put a spoon of it. in the previous years Tims was great in loading the filling. same thing happened yesterday also did not stir the sugar in our drink

I was subjected to racism today by the girl at the counter wearing a hijab. I went at 7:30AM, hoping for a nice start to the morning. Instead of welcoming a guest with a “Good morning! What can I get for you today?”, the first words she uttered were “Delivery?” Just because I’m Indian, she assumed I’m there to pick up a delivery order? I scolded her to not assume such things and treat guests properly, but she didn’t even apologize. I spoke to the manager, who was kind and apologetic, which I appreciate.
