It was my first time at this Tim Hortons location, and I noticed right away that the exterior isn’t the usual design, but it still looked neat and inviting. Inside, the store was clean and there were quite a few customers, which made it feel busy but not overwhelming. Service was okay, staff seemed a bit reserved, but they were working steadily, so maybe just focused on keeping things moving. I came by for my usual Fresh Vanilla, which is my go-to every time, and it was just as good as I expected. Didn’t have to wait long, and the seating area was decent for a quick break. Completely unacceptable to me that despite a growing lineup of people in the restaurant, no one appeared to be working on the counter to take orders. Waited in line watching the people buzz back and forth fielding drive thru orders and online, but people actually in the store are the last to be served. I don’t come here often, and I won’t be coming back.
