We decided to grab breakfast here because it’s right in our hotel. I went with the Maple & bacon pancakes (6 American-style pancakes, creamy maple sauce, and 3 slices of bacon) for CA$19.95, along with a glass of orange juice. I also got a sunny-side-up egg and a sausage. The pancakes with the creamy maple sauce were absolutely delicious! My partner opted for the classic eggs Benedict, and she loved it too. Our server, Jessica, was great. The only thing was that the first coffee wasn’t hot, but they were quick to refill it. Overall great experience.

We enjoyed just having appetizers for a late dinner, it took a while to learn that one of our selections had been removed from the menu because of a kitchen error, but was quickly remedied by offering an other appetizer at no charge. There was maintenance on the taps so only canned beer available. Husband quite enjoyed the pilsner. Wine selection was varied and the maitre d was extremely knowledgeable offering a wine that he thought would fit after having a short conversation. It was perfect 👌 8/10 would recommend ... Slightly expensive for offerings

Brasserie Les Mordus is a part of the Clarendon Hotel and one of a few restaurants that open before 8am. We had some activities that required us to start the day really early and this place came in clutch in providing us a breakfast spot that wasn’t a coffee shop or McDonald’s. The service was a bit slow, but not horrible. Food was decent and a huge step up from fast food breakfast.

Great place to stop in for hot cider, mulled wine or cold beer. Adjacent to City Hall - with a view of the sparkling town lights and historic buildings. Clam chowder was some of the best we’ve tried! Great fireplace & cute nautical decor.
