I full on stopped a work meeting to get a reservation the minute they opened, and was fortunate to snag one… and it was well worth it! The place seats about 24 people, with two amazingly professional and kind servers moving confidently from table to table. This place did not disappoint and 100% lived up to the hype. I booked this at 1:30 in the morning while on holiday in Asia just to reserve my anniversary dinner. Every dish was divine, full of flavor and perfectly portioned for two. Even the cocktails were done with great detail. Our service was immaculate, and the attention to detail was next to none. We loved the beef tartare as well as the spaghetti Rossi. Would 100000% make a reservation the next time I’m visiting Quebec. We lucked out and the restaurant has a last minute cancellation, so made it in through the wait list. I can understand why the reservations get booked almost instantly because the restaurant only seats 25 people. The service was great, they even brought me a glass of wine that they didn’t offer on the menu based on my wine preferences. The food was really unique and very good - one of the best meals we have had. It was well worth the slight detour for us.
