We had a very pleasant experience with great dinner options including a preset 4- or 6-course menu as well as a la carte choices. We opted for the 6 course chef menu and were very pleased with the variety, presentation and taste. The wine list is exhaustive. The wine pairing options were excellent. Service was wonderful: friendly and down to earth, not pretentious but very informative. The sommelier was very accommodating and adjusted the preset wine pairings to our requests and preferences without any issues, i.e. "no problem at all". All in all an awesome experience. Lucky to have a meal of a lifetime! Quebec at its finest with locally sourced ingredients! Each dish was a revelation. The halibut on squid ink was my personal fav! If I could make a tiny suggestion could the bread be warm? Our waiter was beyond attentive and affable! Some of the best service ever! Pay attention to the logo! So cool!

It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicately prepared and very delightful. I have enjoyed the 6 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. The servers were so kind to attend to my requests. I even requested them to help me with some words as I was trying to learn to speak french, they gladly did it. It was a great way to end my Québec immersion vacation. Booked for Sunday brunch. Very professional and friendly hostess. Actively checking on all tables. Professional staff as well. It was a prefix brunch consists of 3 steps, starting with cold dishes, then warm and hot, then to the sweets and desserts. Very reasonably priced. Additional Wine and Liquor selections are very exclusive also (pricey but quality stuff). I believe you get the best Michelin experience for dinner too. So, next visit! 😀
