Ordered a crispy chicken habenero bowl, got something else - had ranch dressing no peppers. Very disappointing. Ordered a couple boxes of tea. Found out they didn't have would not refund me my money said they would give me a drink free instead... No took two other boxes of tea not what I wanted but what do you do. Not going back there.

Went here for drive-thru service. We wanted a roast beef cravable and a grilled cheese melt. Sadly, they don't do the roast beef version anymore and settled for the steak cravable instead. Upon returning home and inspecting the sandwiches, we found the "steak" cravable had a sigular strip of crispy chicken with no steak. Also, the grilled cheese cheese is heavily processed cheddar now. I took the chicken sandwich to a different local Tim Hortons and requested to talk to someone about it, but was told they could not do anything about it and that I should return to the Tim Hortons I ordered from

Ok, not good at all. The serving portion is extremely small. Will not ask them to re do, please take notes. It can not be continued like this. Serve normal portion. Pathetic service experience. The staff member attending the phone call did not have the basic skills needed to communicate professionally. I visited the drive-thru with a mobile order, but the item I ordered was unavailable. I was told by the staff to cancel the order online for a refund. However, the Tim’s app does not allow customers to cancel the order and clearly states that the store must handle it. I called the store to request a cancellation and refund, but the person on the phone said it could not be done and seemed to have no idea what the proper process was. They also said they wer
