I had such a wonderful experience at this location today. I brought my own mug, and the staff kindly offered to rinse it thoroughly before pouring my drink. I wasn’t expecting that level of care. Truly exceptional customer service.

Usually when I come here I have no issues, idk if they got a new manger I think her name is astha not sure if I saw it right on her jacket. Never seen her before but she’s super rude to customers kinda aggressive when she speaks. I asked for extra cane sugar on the side for my ice coffee, since when I ordered it was made wrong and she just gave additude and was super snippy. I usually don’t have any problems asking for it. The store was better without her.

Very disappointed with the service. The employee was shouting at customers and speaking to people in a rude and disrespectful manner. Her attitude made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service should be professional and respectful, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the way customers are treated.

I am very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. Staff members are often rude, yell at customers, and do not provide the level of customer service that should be expected. During my visit, I also observed the manager repeatedly scratching her hair while working. This gave me concerns about hygiene and food-handling practices. In addition, I felt that some customers were treated differently than others, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness at this
