Really enjoyed the gastronomic menu in Bro's restaurant. There are a limited amount of tables on the first floor where you are served efficiently. Most dishes were enormously sattisfying and I got regularly surprised by the flavor combination. Oyster tartare with cucumber for example, chapeaux. I had an unforgettable gastronomical experience, I do see room to improve the social interaction. The service is certainly good and correct, but I am sure they could find time to get a bit more personal.

Perfect for our lunch. We were looking for a more casual (not stuffy) lunch with exceptional food and Bros did not disappoint. Really creative flavors and an overall excellent meal. I'll be craving the raspberry in the nougat dessert again, for sure.

Wow wow wow! Literally cleaned my savory plates with bread. Such a delightful surprise. So much attention to small details yet totally unpretentious. Simply distinct and good flavors at every turn. Cocktail of the month was sublime, garnished in juniper berries, tonka spice and an a dehydrated orange. Each served a purpose in the overall flavor profile to make a magical pear vodka cocktail that was Dangerously Delicious. The food took me all the way to heaven. From the very start to the very finish, i ate every morsel to the very last half of amazing cholate mousse desert.
