B Ijmering★★★★★Really enjoyed the gastronomic menu in Bro's restaurant. There are a limited amount of tables on the first floor where you are served efficiently. Most dishes were enormously sattisfying and I got regularly surprised by the flavor combination. Oyster tartare with cucumber for example, chapeaux. I had an unforgettable gastronomical experience, I do see room to improve the social interaction. The service is certainly good and correct, but I am sure they could find time to get a bit more personal.

Simply distinct and good flavors at every turn. Cocktail of the month was sublime, garnished in juniper berries, tonka spice and an a dehydrated orange. Each served a purpose in the overall flavor profile to make a magical pear vodka cocktail that was Dangerously Delicious. The food took me all the way to heaven. From the very start to the very finish, i ate every morsel to the very last half of amazing cholate mousse desert.
