Fab breakfast was had here. Reasonable breakfast menu/formule. Lovely vegan cookie, very refreshing and tasty juice. Set us up for the day nicely. I recommend a visit to this place.

Lovely little vegetarian cafe, had some great options for us vegans too! They have a lighter/brunch style option for pre midday, and then full menu from 12 onwards. Great selection of cakes too and the vegan cookie cake was so good, we had seconds!

This food made me so happy! Matsa shows that great ingredients, very well paired wines and formidable staff can create an unforgettable experience that makes you want more! I had the vegetarian menu which was veganised without hesitation and had matching wines from micro winery Darwin (which is close by and worth a visit too!) to each course. It's not so easy to find vegan places in Bordeaux but Matsa is a must. Will definitely come back when in Bordeaux again! Thank you for a great evening with fantastic vegan food! 🌱
