I had the vegetarian menu which was veganised without hesitation and had matching wines from micro winery Darwin (which is close by and worth a visit too!) to each course. It's not so easy to find vegan places in Bordeaux but Matsa is a must. Will definitely come back when in Bordeaux again! Thank you for a great evening with fantastic vegan food! 🌱
