on a high level, 1) the staff is untrained to notice that someone is waiting for a table and takes forever to come to you as soon as there are more than 2 people. 2) food is ok tastewise and place is a nice, but it is expensive, for what is offered. 3) strange policies like no laptop during weekends, while I’d understand if people are abusing. But, the place is usually empty. I wouldnt recommend if you like a warm welcome and respect for a paying customer.

Very disappointing experience at Bloom Café. The staff were impolite and not respectful at all. The overall attitude made us feel unwelcome. The food quality is very poor. Even basic items like the croissant were not good at all, with low-quality ingredients and no care in preparation. Considering the prices, this place feels like an arnaque. It is expensive for what you get, and the quality does not justify the cost. I would not recommend it.

We were visiting France and had our airbnb right next to Bloom, so we went there every morning to have breakfast, and it was truly amazing. The pastries were very delicious, and the service was great. People were very nice and always tried their best to communicate with us in English. I especially loved the vanilla tart with pecans and pain au chocolat. Thank you for such a pleasant experience 🥐🍰🍪

It’s a very pretty cool place ☺️. The food was 10/10. The staff is also friendly. The food portion according to me was quite small 🤷🏽‍♀️. But if you order a full meal: salty+ sweet+drinks, then its very full filling 🤩.
