We spent a week in Pau for our friends wedding and stumbled across this amazing and beautiful restaurant Le Dauphin. The setting was stunning and the atmosphere was perfect. We did our best to translate the menu but were lucky enough to be served by an English speaking waiter who recommend several dishes. The food was the best seafood I have ever experienced, so much so, we returned again to feast on the amazing selection of food. Thank you Le Dauphin!

Nice location very near the chateau in a small square surrounded by other eateries. In warmer weather the square is full with tables to enjoy the outdoor ambience. On a dull winters day the inside dining is cozy and pleasant with a second floor if it gets really busy. Food was excellent as was the attention and service from the staff. If you like seafood this place is worth finding and all at a reasonable price.
