Dinner with my brother and his partner. For my starter, I had the Causses salad (no kilt or bagpipes!), which was delicious, with the crunch of the croutons and fried onions, and the mild flavor of the Bleu des Causses cheese and hard-boiled egg. For the main course, I had lamb sweetbreads in sauce with fries and vegetables. They opted for a set menu consisting of half a pizza of their choice, a salad, and a dessert. In short, a lovely evening with a very good meal. I recommend it.

Excellent meal at La Fine Brochette! I ordered a half salad and a pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the pizza was generously topped with a wonderful crust, and the salad was perfectly seasoned. The service was quick, friendly, and very professional. The restaurant has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere; you immediately feel at ease. A truly great place that I highly recommend. I will gladly return. Special mention to the lovely waitress who greeted us! 👍

Most of the dishes are homemade and, above all, delicious. The service is very fast. You can eat in 30-40 minutes, including an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Keep up the good work, it's great!
