For my starter, I had the Causses salad (no kilt or bagpipes!), which was delicious, with the crunch of the croutons and fried onions, and the mild flavor of the Bleu des Causses cheese and hard-boiled egg. For the main course, I had lamb sweetbreads in sauce with fries and vegetables. They opted for a set menu consisting of half a pizza of their choice, a salad, and a dessert. In short, a lovely evening with a very good meal. I recommend it.
