John Siemienowicz★★★★★Wonderful dinning experience! Our host was patient with our lack of ability to speak French. Food was of Michelin quality. For American guests just be prepared to debone your own fish if you choose that item. Highly recommend this restaurant if you have the opportunity. It certainly has a truly local feel.

The trout gravlax starter in particular was spectacular, and I wish I'd had more room after the truly wonderful sea bass to manage more than half of a chocolate fondant which melted in just the perfectly correct way.
