For American guests just be prepared to debone your own fish if you choose that item. Highly recommend this restaurant if you have the opportunity. It certainly has a truly local feel.

The trout gravlax starter in particular was spectacular, and I wish I'd had more room after the truly wonderful sea bass to manage more than half of a chocolate fondant which melted in just the perfectly correct way.
