I have been to Le Chardon multiple times, and each time is as good as the last. Intimate, cozy, delicious food, as well as beer, wine, and cocktails. They're known for their orange wine, which is a must if you've never tried it. The menu changes seasonally, but always seems to have something that suits everyone's tastes. The appetizers and desserts are also amazing, so it's worth a-go. The staff is friendly and speaks English if you're coming in from out of town. My wife and I are retired aged American tourists…and LeChardon was recommended by a friend. Our server / waiter was great ..very friendly and efficient (and was quick to switch to English to accommodate my very poor French). Food was really good and prices were extremely fair. My wife and I said perhaps our best dining experience while in Paris ??? Highly recommend (but make a reservation)

This restaurant has been on our “to go” list for some time and last night we finally went and were so glad we did! It is small inside but with the coziest vibes. The lighting and use of real candles makes it feel really nice. The waitstaff are so friendly and professional. The restaurant was full and it was clear they were working non stop but they never gave off any vibes of being overwhelmed, in fact, they went out of their way to ensure all their guests felt taken care of.
