Came here for some mcflurries, ordered a Hot Drink, 3 Donut Holes, A Donut and 2 McFlurries. Waited half an hour, they gave us no information that there was an issue with our order (ice cream machine broken), we would have stood for an hour if i hadn't gone up and asked about the status of our order. We ended up with 2 Milkshakes (asked for 1 chocolate 1 mint, only had mint) instead of our mcflurries, the wrong donut as the one we ordered they had none of (take off the menu maybe), they only had 2 donut holes so they just chucked in a cookie and muffin which was nice but still bad service. No

My friend and me are absoluteley shocked. Never ever have we experienced such terrible service. When we arrived, there was a lot going on, but nonetheless did we have to wait for about 30 minutes. Hold up, it just gets worse. There was no soap in the bathroom. Can happen, okay. But when we got home, that‘s when the shock hit. We ordered two happy meals with McPlant nuggets. The main reason we came in the first place, was the happy meal „toy“. But neither did we recieve the toy, OR the McPlant nuggets. We are very dissapointed. What happened to McDonalds?? 30 minutes of waiting, no soap, no toy
