Due to its central location, the place can get crowded from time to time, and during peak hours ordering may take a bit longer. Seating capacity is limited. If you’re not sitting at a regular table, there’s a high chance you’ll be seated next to others, and the seating is not very comfortable. As English speakers, we especially appreciated the self-service ordering screens as they made ordering really easy and stress-free. The staff were also very attentive and handled the atmosphere well. There were a few shady characters hanging around outside/in the restaurant area, and staff dealt with the situation quickly and professionally by asking them to leave, which made us feel much more comfortable.
