We visited the place on a Saturday evening around 8:00 PM. After ordering at the fast counter, our food was ready in about 10 minutes, so the waiting time was reasonable. Due to its central location, the place can get crowded from time to time, and during peak hours ordering may take a bit longer. Seating capacity is limited. If you’re not sitting at a regular table, there’s a high chance you’ll be seated next to others, and the seating is not very comfortable. Really enjoyed our visit here while in Berlin! The food options were great and everything we ordered was delicious. As English speakers, we especially appreciated the self-service ordering screens as they made ordering really easy and stress-free. The staff were also very attentive and handled the atmosphere well. There were a few shady characters hanging around outside/in the restaurant area, and staff dealt with the situation quickly and professionally by asking them to leave, which made us feel much more comfortable. Overall, a really good experience!

We had heard so much about Burgermeister before visiting Berlin, especially about their famous smash burgers and the long lines people are willing to wait in for them, so of course we had to give it a try ourselves.
