“Lecker und top Service.”

A McDonald’s like any other, tucked away in a gloomy industrial area of the town. Although overall quality was good (as McDonalds almost always is) the lack of vegetarian burger options was a downside. Long waiting times made our stop longer then we hoped, but maybe that’s a sign of popularity that the reviewer failed to appreciate. Would go again if I had to, but those in search for traditional German lunch or a cozy date better skip this establishment.

Ordered Hafer Drink and got Milk drink. Not even ready to acknowledge the mistake. Very disappointed with the service offered. Have to live with the consequences for the rest of the day. Why offer Hafer alternatives when you cannot make it. Trusting you was a big mistake.

Slow service, the employees talk between each other with cue of people. The burger are made ridiculous. I order a bacon tasty and that's the bacon inside.. shame. They don't want to work apparently.... find better people!!!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to McDonald’s was beyond frustrating. First of all, the wait time was ridiculous — I stood around forever just to get my order. When it finally arrived, the food was cold. Not lukewarm, not slightly cool — cold. And to make things worse, parts of my order were missing. How hard is it to get a basic order right? Honestly, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that prides itself on “fast” food. Get it together. 30 minutes later to get a disaster is the right mood for this McDonalds
