Wanted to grab a quick coffee and icecream. Order appeared for like 2 seconds on the "ready" display, then disappeared. Staff just muttered something in response, had to complain three times before something was done. At least 6 people who ordered after us got their orders before us. Long waiting time, wrong item in the order, rude and unhelpful staff, screaming kids in the restaurant and most tables inside and outside extremely dirty. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Never going again.

This is the worst Restaurants in the world. Not even worst Mcdonald's, Worst restaurants. You want to know what is it? It is their service. Foods are as usual. Okay. But the service, OMG. I need to go there sometimes. For last two years, I went there at least 20 times. Every time service was bad. Recently, I had to wait for 20 mintus for a wrap. Everyone just forgot about my wrap. I absolutely love it there! I visit daily, and I've been visiting them for 5 years now. Absolutely delicious and cheap food, friendly personal, and it's not too crowded. Of course, sometimes someone can overlook the "no ice" comment, and then give you cola WITH sugar, instead of zero sugar one, or sometimes fries aren't salty and taste like nothing.. But it happens not often enough to be a problem, especially if i visit the restaurant sometimes twice a day. The only thing that disappoints me is that the outlets aren't working. This shop in the centre of Giessen is dirty, overheated, staff is unfriendly and service is slow. When I complaint the staff was kind of ignoring my question.
