The venison roast was quite tough, but this was balanced out by the fried potatoes and the dessert. I didn't really like the ambiance, as it felt very bare and cold.

Yesterday we celebrated four birthdays with you again. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and had a great time. We received a very friendly welcome, and the table was beautifully set. All the birthday children were very happy, and the food was delicious. Quaint, great food, and reasonably priced. Only moderately busy for a Saturday evening, which was a real shame. The service was attentive and friendly. (I was told there's a new waiter.) We didn't have to wait long for our food. It was plentiful and very tasty. There's a generous selection of dishes, mainly game, but also fish and pork, plus special recommendations. Smaller portions are available for seniors. The lunch menu looked good and offered even lower prices.
