This is such a wonderful Starbucks store. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly as soon as I came in. They spoke to me about the merchandise and suggested which food to have with my drink (in perfect English as I cannot speak German). My tea was perfect and my partners food and drink was also perfect. The manager is doing a fantastic job with this store! :)

Stopped in during the Ironman race and there was a line going out the door. However, the baristas did a great job of handling the extra people and kept the quality of the drinks consistent with normal traffic. Of course the baristas spoke excellent English. The German customers patiently lined up, making sure to leave space to those entering and exiting.

Very unpleasant experience. The employee named Maliar was very unprofessional and rude towards us. Wasn’t able to speak English neither German and spoke different language between the colleagues instead of attending the clients. The personnel wasn’t organized they were taking orders and asking everyone if the drink was theirs. They mixed up many orders and clients had to wait over 15’ for one coffee which is not Starbucks standard. They didn’t provide any receipt which is unacceptable.

Added a tip to my bill without asking. Also asked me if old coffee was OK because "the machine will take too long". Terrible service.
