However, even when it's not busy, the staff sometimes seem annoyed or stressed, hence only 4 stars. Friendly and efficient, yes, but their mood? Well, it could be improved a bit, as this job thrives on a positive atmosphere. I did it myself for years, which is why I'm saying this.
