I've just read through some of the reviews here. Just because they now make hot chocolate with water instead of milk, does that mean you won't go there for breakfast anymore? Boo hoo, then just drink something else. And where is the staff "unfriendly"? Certainly not unfriendly, just a bit stressed because there are fewer staff available. Try standing behind the counter yourself and serving customers for eight hours a day; I think you wouldn't be quite so relaxed either. Customers can be very unfriendly too. We're all only human! The rolls are okay, very soft, almost rubbery sometimes. The filled rolls are very good, although the service is sometimes overwhelmed. Personally, we don't like the cakes; they're either too creamy, too chocolatey, or have hardly any flavor, for example, no fruit flavor.
