This restaurant has amazing servers, great beer recommendations with dishes, and the food was delicious too. We got the 2 person sharing combo plates, which I didn't take a picture of, but every meat on there was amazing and their broccolini tasted so good. Their beer was a great recommendation, the Kellerbier, and even as a person who does not drink beer much, I drank my whole glass! I have no complaints, and our server was very helpful.

What a great place! Had a few nights in Munich. Kept on coming back to this place as it has great beer, fantastic service, and an amazing atmosphere. Had a lovely lunch here - Bavarian tapas and Munich schnitzel, loved it. Also spent a couple of nights sitting at the bar trying lots of beer. A few tips for fellow travellers: 1. Try a few beers- at least the Helles, Dunkel, Weißbier, and Kellerbier. 2. If there's a beer barrel at the bar, get some. It doesn't last long. 3. Good food and atmosphere! We ordered cream of asparagus soup, pumpkin gnocchi and roasted pork knuckles. Delicious particularly the pork. And pairing with beer is a big upgrade. Outstanding service particularly Ruth, the friendliest waitress in the restaurant with great hospitality!

Well worth a visit, although we didn't eat here. It was an excellent choice for a couple of drinks whilst exploring old Munich. Really friendly staff, fabulous beer and the Liebl whisky is stunning. Just a nice place to be in.
