The burek was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a rich and flavorful filling that tasted freshly made meat , cheese , spinach etc. The traditional flija was absolutely delicious, layered beautifully and full of authentic flavor. The bread was fresh and soft, and the cakes were tasty and well-prepared. Great quality overall, friendly service, and definitely a place I’ll visit again!

As a Turkish person. I love balkan bakery. Pure perfection. I love this places products. Borek and desserts tastes are amazing. We tried borek with cheese and minced meat. I really like them. But i think chef used a little bit over black pepper that day on minced meat börek. Other than that everything was perfect. We also tried 3 different deserts. Cremschnitte, Tiramisu and Trilece. We liked them. Raspberry and white chocolate trileces are very popular in Turkiye I wish you would do that. Thanks a lot.

Went here with my friend due to her recommendation. Had amazing Sacher Torte and Trileche cake. Was amazed with the big slice and affordable price! Service was very friendly and not so crowded with a nice ambience. Nice small gem in Scwabing. Update: Also bought in Too Good to Go. Got 9 pastries: 5 savory ones including croissant, 4 sweet ones with blueberry filling and sugar. All delicious! What a great catch!

One of the best parts about traveling in Europe from the States is the pastries and breads. Balkan Backerei did not disappoint as well. First morning in Munich and was ready for some breakfast pastries. We sampled five - a couple vanilla, a Nutella, and apple and a plain croissant. All delicious, but the apple was a clear favorite for our group. Looking forward to trying new items tomorrow. Super friendly and patient service, especially towards a foreigner like me with little German speaking skills. :)
