I had a very disappointing experience at this café. We ordered two coffees and a Kaiserschmarrn. The coffee arrived fairly quickly, but the Kaiserschmarrn took a long time, so we couldn’t enjoy it together with the coffee as intended. The Kaiserschmarrn itself was good, but the service was poor and the atmosphere felt quite chaotic. When we asked for the bill, it came to around €17.70, and we rounded it up to €18. As visitors, we were not completely sure about the tipping customs in Germany, but what we had understood beforehand was that it is common to round up a little, especially in cafés

A nice cafe with lots of outdoor seating! The food and drinks were excellent, especially the kasespaetzle. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching people go by in the plaza. Our server was helpful and tolerant with us not speaking German but another server didn’t speak as much English and seemed more frustrated. It’s a great spot for dinner or drinks, we’d definitely come back!
