My son almost died from anaphylaxis due to having sorbet here which had been cross contaminated with milk ice cream. I observed Staff were using the same spoon across all flavours of ice cream, with clear mixing of ingredients. This business needs to improve its protocol to ensure this does not happen again as it was terrifying and we had to spend the night in hospital which you shouldn’t expect when having a sorbet. When confronted staff were not apologetic or admitting things could be improved hence posting this review .
