Excellent! I'd highly recommend this nice, family run bistro in Nuremberg. Food was VERY good and surprisingly well arranged and presented. We've had wonderful breakfast with avocado covered in sesame seeds and garnished with fresh beetrot sprouts, carrot and celery sticks with chickpeas dip, tomato&peppers spread and other really tasty stuff. What a great way to start a day:) We came back later that day to get late lunch and were treated with excellent red peppers soup and oatmeal porridge with fruits. We even got as a gift a box with some freshly made chilli sin carne to try out later on.

Although my visit fell on a cloudy autumn day, the location convinced me. The passage of glass enables a view onto parts of the old town of Nuremberg, while healthy drinks and dishes of The Green will delight the taste buds. The breakfast is big, the service is very friendly, while the pricing is fair. The Green is worth a visit – especially with a vegan diet.
