Lunch on a spring weekday. We were looking for something slightly away from the tourist attractions but not too far. Well worth the 1 block detour to eat away from the crowd! We both had open face toast sandwiches which came with a nice side salad. They easily made an adjustment to my partner's order for non-dairy. Service was excellent. Cash only.

We just arrived by bike and made this our first stop to have a refreshing drink and grab a bite. Very friendly people and not at all expensive. It was relaxing in the shadows of the surrounding trees. Chill atmosphere.

Affordable but the quality is not amazing, the vietz I had tasted terrible. The tarte flambée was tasty, but apparently not quite “standard”. Service was okay, but nothing special; same with the interior design.

Very nice alternative place to have a bite and to relax. Do not expect haut-cuisine, but do expect a relaxed atmosphere, lovely drinks and great service. This place takes cash only, and has a flowerpot on the table with different menu-option cards. You can choose and customize your dish. Very nice and very much out off the main commercial Trier dining places. Highly recommended!
