The day was cold and we stopped for hot drinks and a snack. Our server, Xenia, was friendly and quick with the delivery. The hot chocolate was the best Ive had in Germany. The biggest surprise was the delicious bowl.of chili con carne. Suggestion to clean the glass on the second floor. The view would have been perfect.

You have a gorgeous view of the palace when you sit outside. Very friendly staff who did their best to speak English. Take into account that you cannot pay with bank cards or credit cards. You need to have cash. There is a museum behind the wall and when you are doing a tour of the museum you can also enter the cafe. They have delicious cheese cake and other cake that you have to try. And something very remarkable about the location: the city wall passes literally through the café!

Located in Trier, one of the oldest cities of Germany. Lovely hangout joint to have a chilled beer while enjoying a German salad and peaceful surrounding. Beautiful view from where you get to sit in the middle of the garden and in front of the pond, which is full of ducks. Food is fresh and tasty, services was vary good and fast amidst a busy day, and the Bitburger tastes batter 🙂. Will visit there again.
