Boo hoo, then just drink something else. And where is the staff "unfriendly"? Certainly not unfriendly, just a bit stressed because there are fewer staff available. Try standing behind the counter yourself and serving customers for eight hours a day; I think you wouldn't be quite so relaxed either. Customers can be very unfriendly too. We're all only human! Personally, we don't like the cakes; they're either too creamy, too chocolatey, or have hardly any flavor, for example, no fruit flavor.
