Jyothis Thaliath★★★★We were planning to visit JW Mariott at Juhu as it has a reputation of having really good ambience. The fireballs that greet you at the gate and more at pool side, everything screams luxury. The interiors are very well done, suits a 5 star hotel. Only thing they didn't allow restaurant guests to visit the poolside which was a terrible loss. We went for dinner buffet at Lotus Cafe. It was 3200+ taxes per person and free for kids below 5 years. The selection of dishes and live counters were good. But I think they lacked popular starters like Chicken Tikka or Tandoori. It was more towards continental style with grilled fish, etc. The live pizza is a must try! The pasta has lot to improve, as I've had better pasta from cheaper joints. The kathi rolls were not exciting. I'd suggest them to add momos or dumplings as it is better suited to the menu. The dessert section was overwhelming with icecreams, pastries and Indian Sweets like Rasmalai, Kaju roll, etc. It was all very good. However I
Shadab★★★★★Lotus Cafe at JW is a top-notch dining destination that offers an exceptional experience. The ambiance is warm and typical JW, perfect for family gatherings, dinners, special occasions... They have a vast menu of international cuisines, Asian, Italian, and Lebanese dishes... Not to be missed dishes... Dal Makhni, Awadhi Gosht Biryani, Prawn Malai Curry, Lamb Briyani, Hummus with pita bread, Pasta , Pizza , & Chat.... Staff is polite & professional, service is good Overall a good 5 star dinning experience
Ameen Shaikh★★★★The ambience here is truly great and has always been a highlight 🌟. I’ve been visiting this restaurant 2-3 times a year for the last 5-7 years, and earlier, the taste they delivered was gold. Back then, they really tried to include everything in their buffet, and the dessert section used to be huge and impressive 🍰🍮. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast buffet—it’s pretty standard, similar to what you’d find at any 5-star continental breakfast 🍳🥐. They do include a few Indian dishes, but honestly, breakfast here has never excited me since the beginning. As for dinner, it used to be something I truly looked forward to because of how flavourful and varied the food was 🍽️. However, over the last 2-3 visits, it feels like something is always off—sometimes it’s the salt, sometimes it’s the flavours. The food feels same-same now, and perhaps I’ve become fed up of eating the same dishes repeatedly. There’s nothing new or exciting anymore, and the taste is not extraordinary enough to cr
Karan Samani★★★★★A premium restaurant with a large variety of good quality and delicious food. There were several options for starters, mains and desserts, which included a good selection of food for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Service was very good with table service available for the buffet which makes things very convenient. It is quite expensive but this premium is expected from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel where quality is assured.
gladson d souza★★★★★Okay, visited Lotus Cafe again, this time for breakfast. My previous view of this place might have been a bit biased, with all the promptness we've received in regular restaurants, I compared it with this one. But today, with lovely breakfast, tbh, the medu wada was a surprise, all of theses guys work really hard, running about trying to satisfy everyone. Thank you for your time and service ! Recommended - south indian. Shout-out to Pankaj and Keith and Mahi for their 5 star level customer service. Will visit again !
Rupam Khetan★★★★Lotus Cafe provides a comfortable and inviting ambience, making it a nice place to relax and dine. The service is efficient and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, the food is quite average, lacking the flavors or uniqueness that would make it stand out. While it’s a good choice for a laid-back meal in a nice setting, it may not be the best option for those seeking exceptional cuisine

Zoya Khan★★★★I visited this cafe a few weeks ago, for their famous Sunday brunch. I was spoilt for choice. They have a wide array of dishes to choose from. I started off with their Asian dumplings and they were good. I absolutely loved chicken Sumai. Next up, I tried a cheese platter with Gouda, Brie, burrata, cheddar, caramelised figs and crackers. Everything paired so well. They had a wide range of cured meats, smoked tuna, smoked salmon and lots and lots of grilled veggies. The lobster and oysters and tiger prawns were outstanding. Their mutton chops were delicious too. But their pizza and drinks stole the show for me. The pizza base was perfectly chewy and charred while the cheese was melty and gooey. Their pineapple Pina colada was sweet and creamy. The pasta was okayish. And some dish were just average. They also had a wide range of dessert to choose from. But their Gulab Jamun and chocolate caramel dessert was overly sweet. But I loved their blueberry cupcake and chia seed pudding. O
