Nothing special about the place, but its simplicity، fair prices and its Baghdadi traditional culture theme is what makes them popular and a good option for hanging out with the friends and family. They have a good variety of drinks and snacks, and their promotion of Baghdadi-style teatime culture is appreciated.

A very nice place, if you are a tea lover, once you go in you feel the vibes, the smell of tea hits you, there are many tea pot with different kinds of broiled tea, there are also many kinds of homemade cakes, pastry, sweets, sandwiches and also nuts, I loved the Baghdadi decor and the brick wall of the place, the people are nice, we ordered karak tea, coffee and cakes, I thought Karak tea is similar to masala tea but it tastes different, and regarding cleanliness, the place is so clean and neat. There is no internet and there is no parking lots, you have to park at the main road.

A future success. A beautiful place mid of Baghdad, wonderful teas and vast menu. I tried “karak” tea and it was perfect. The blend of saffron, cardamon, ginger and tea was amazing and you can taste it all. The whole theme is about tea and the Iraqi tea party with some improvements. The owner is trying to “brand” this shop and I am pretty sure he’ll make it. Just hope he will keep his efforts and put some internal decorations like live plants. Sure, I’ll make it a place to visit bi weekly if I can.

Simplicity is beauty... and that's the truth about this place We go around and we see coffee houses surrounding us.. finally we have a place that serve tea... all kind of tea.. delicious authentic tea...along with some pastries ( the semit was my favorite) The staff..they were very polite and very very generous... I will be a regular visitor that's for sure.. Yeah sure it is a small place .. but it will hold a big place in your heart if you love tea..

This place has good teas, but a terrible system for getting your drinks. After finishing our first two teas we ordered and paid for two more. We gave our receipt to a worker who was supposed to get our teas and deliver them to us. After 10 minutes we inquired where the teas were. They asked if we wanted them hot or cold and we said hot. After a few more minutes without any tea we asked again where the teas were. They claimed they already delivered them to us. We were sitting at our table the whole time - they had never delivered the teas. We talked to the cashier who just said there was nothing they could do. It's fairly outrageous that they would basically accuse is of lying; for what? Two teas? This is terrible customer service. I won't be back, and I'd advise other visitors to Baghdad to avoid the place as well. I've spent about 6 months in Baghdad altogether and never seen such inhospitable behavior here from a seemingly reputable company. Just go to Grinders or Coffina if you're l
