Stopped by Bean & Leaf on Grand Parade to escape the Cork weather, and the place has such a nice, welcoming vibe! 🌧️☕️ I was on a very strict, single-minded mission just for a hot chocolate, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing—rich, perfectly made, and easily one of the best I've had in a long time. 🤤🍫 I can't officially review the food because I only had the drink, but I have to mention the seriously dangerous-looking selection of pastries and cakes in the display case. They were aggressively staring me down the whole time, and I barely survived the temptation! 👀🍰 Next time,

A wonderful, cozy cafe. It's nice to have a place in Cork where you can get dessert and coffee after 6 p.m., since everything is closed and there's no opportunity to chat with friends. The coffee was excellent. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful

Very nice staff. Got a slice of rhubarb tart that was very nice and a great tasting hot chocolate too. Great wise for the price. Definitely recommend.

The blonde barista was extremely rude when I politely asked if she could make my coffee hotter, as it was cold. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the situation only got worse. When I asked for her name to leave feedback in my review, the supervisor said that no one was required to give their names, instead of simply apologising or handling the situation professionally. I decided to leave without escalating things further, but it was very disappointing as I genuinely enjoyed getting my coffee from there.
