They were aggressively staring me down the whole time, and I barely survived the temptation! 👀🍰 Next time,

Buba 65★The blonde barista was extremely rude when I politely asked if she could make my coffee hotter, as it was cold. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the situation only got worse. When I asked for her name to leave feedback in my review, the supervisor said that no one was required to give their names, instead of simply apologising or handling the situation professionally. I decided to leave without escalating things further, but it was very disappointing as I genuinely enjoyed getting my coffee from there.
