The most delicious meal I have had in Umbria in almost three years! I highly recommend eating here if you are in or even close to Foligno. We started with an amazing cheese tasting and Pane Fritto which came with stracciatella, mortadella, and prosciutto. The cheese tasting was one of the best I have ever had. All of them were so unique and delicious. The pasta course was fantastic! We had a gnocchi with sagrantino, mezzi paccheri in a white ragù, and I had the tagliatelle with porcini, truffle, and a gorgonzola fondue. All of them were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing! A beautiful lunch. I have been traveling in Italy for 2 months and this was my favorite restaurant experience. I am a solo traveler and it’s always so nice to be received well as just one. I recommend the beef with Gorgonzola sauce and the lovely fennel salad with fresh orange and crispy pistachio. Highly recommend.
