We started with an amazing cheese tasting and Pane Fritto which came with stracciatella, mortadella, and prosciutto. The cheese tasting was one of the best I have ever had. All of them were so unique and delicious. The pasta course was fantastic! We had a gnocchi with sagrantino, mezzi paccheri in a white ragù, and I had the tagliatelle with porcini, truffle, and a gorgonzola fondue. All of them were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing!
