If you are visiting the old town, this place is a must try. The owner was very friendly and great enthusiasm for his self made cheese. We ordered a plate that includes everything under a very reasonable price. Hot ricotta was not there and switched to Burrata with pistachio filling which is very special and tasty. The cannoli is one of the best we had in whole Sicily too.

Incredible! If you are anywhere near Ragusa, make sure to have a meal at Risíu! The degustation is perfection - every item an excellent example of taste from the region, topped off by the proprietor's own ricotta (divine). The tiramisu with ricotta deserves a five star review by itself. Good price, amazing food and fantastic service.
