Sure — here’s a sharper version: Terrible experience. I booked a table specifically to watch the football match, apparently under the silly assumption that a reservation actually means something. When we arrived, we were told our table had been taken by people from a security institute, and we were asked to sit somewhere else. So basically, we planned ahead, booked properly, showed up on time, and still got pushed aside because someone else was apparently more important. The staff apologised, which was nice, but apologies don’t fix the fact that our reservation was ignored. If you can’t honour bookings, don’t take them. Absolutely unprofessional and very disappointing. I definitely won’t be booking here again for a match, or anything else.

This bar is in rotana hotel, but even as an hotel guest you cannot access if you are not in couple..🤣and the place was empty. What is the purpose of opening a bar if you dont accept customers. Dont loose your time.. dont go.
