“Terrible place . Worst experience ever for a new year eve. They charged 65 JOD ( US$ 91) for cheap and bad quality beverages. I felt cheated. The ventilation system couldn’t manage the amount of cigarette smoke. I had to send my clothes to laundry right after the party. I’m not coming back.”

I booked a table specifically to watch the football match, apparently under the silly assumption that a reservation actually means something. When we arrived, we were told our table had been taken by people from a security institute, and we were asked to sit somewhere else. So basically, we planned ahead, booked properly, showed up on time, and still got pushed aside because someone else was apparently more important. The staff apologised, which was nice, but apologies don’t fix the fact that our reservation was ignored. If you can’t honour bookings, don’t take them. Absolutely unprofessional and very disappointing. I definitely won’t be booking here again for a match, or anything else.
