I want to start off by saying the service and location were really amazing! Probably one of the most beautiful buildings in the hague and very nicely set up restaurant. Everybody that works there is super sweet and attentive and careful. However the food was really far away from restaurant level and slightly inexcusable for the price you pay. the portion sizes of the entrees and mains (except for fondue) are minuscule. a mezze of baba ganoush/hummus comes with the bowls that are probably max 2tbsp and fridge cold. the rendang is served in the tiniest bowl with a bunch of incoherent sides. the

I found the food really tasty and nourishing. The soup of the day, I think it was parsnip or celery or something similar, I enjoyed a lot. The small soup was smaller than what you typically get, but it was enough for me and good for its price. The sauce that came with my meal was a bit too spicy for me, but the waitress brought another one at no extra cost. The staff is very friendly.

I went there with a big group and I made the reservation in advance. The restaurant owner was nice and she is also the main chef. She gave us two big tables and personally made sure that we had a nice time. We spent 4 hours there and they didn't interrupt at all. The whole menu is very nice and tasty. The interior is amazing as it feels to be a church. I would love to go there when they launch a new menu. Highly recommend to go for 3 course meal as it is value for money and the experience is great.

Excellent food, great ambience and really wonderful service!! We went with our 2.5yr old toddler and they had options to keep him engaged.. the fact that he finished his entire meal is a testimony to the great atmosphere:-) we are definitely going back!
