We recently dined at FOC Keong Saik and it was a great experience. The restaurant combines the warmth and vibrancy of a modern Spanish dining house. What stood out was the food presentation. Every dish was thoughtfully plated and showcased the care behind each creation. There were many snacks and tapas to choose. We tried the steak tartare, anchovy pintxos and padron peppers to name a few. We would say that their seafood paella was the star — deeply flavourful, rich with seafood essence, and cooked to perfection with the coveted socarrat that added wonderful texture and depth. The service team deserves a mention. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. Their recommendations were excellent and helped create a relaxed, enjoyable dining experience. Set within the charming Keong Saik neighbourhood, FOC offers an atmosphere that is lively yet intimate, making it ideal for celebrations, or meals with friends and family. I had such a great experience at FOC! The food was really good, especially the seafood paella, which was delicious and beautifully presented. The environment was also amazing, stylish, cozy, and perfect for a nice meal. I also loved the mocktail experience, where you can just share the flavours you like and they’ll make something for you. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

FOC has been one of my favourite Spanish restaurants in Singapore. I’ve visited three times, 1st time at their old Hong Kong Street location, and twice at their new outlet. My first visit was hands down the best. Everything was amazing, especially the small bites and tapas. At that point, I could confidently say this was my favourite Spanish restaurant in Singapore, everything was very well executed, probably was 2/3 years back. Second and third visits were still enjoyable, though the menu has changed and it wasn’t quite as mind-blowing as the first time. That said, the food quality remains good. The small plates and tapas are still my fav. and I appreciate the creativity and presentation. From my recent visit, highlights included the foie gras terrine with caviar in crispy phyllo (still an all-time favourite), the anchovies and the patatas braves. Had an absolutely wonderful dinner at FOC yesterday while celebrating a birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly top-notch — attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful, which made the celebration feel extra special. The food was outstanding. Every dish was a hit, but special mentions go to the patatas and mushroom croquettes, which were perfectly crispy and full of flavour. The seafood paella was rich, generous, and beautifully cooked, while the lamb and Iberico pork were tender, well-seasoned, and incredibly satisfying. We ended the meal with the chocolate lava cake, and it was hands down one of the best we’ve had — indulgent, gooey, and unforgettable. Amazing food, amazing service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Had a really great experience here! The ambience is just right, dim lighting with a lively yet relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after work with friends over a few drinks. Each dish was unique, the Foie Gras Terrine & Ahrenka Caviar in Crispy Phyllo was especially memorable. The crispy phyllo paired with the incredibly smooth, almost ice-cream-like foie gras texture was such a pleasant surprise. Combined with the savoury touch of caviar, it created a rich and well-balanced flavour that’s worth slowing down to enjoy. We also had a couple of cocktails — perfect for sipping while catching up. Overall, it’s one of those spots where you don’t need a special occasion, just come, enjoy good food, have a drink, and soak in the moment. Would definitely come back again!

We wanted to have a decent meal right after landing in Singapore, so we headed here with high hopes. To our surprise, the kitchen closes at 2:00 PM. During lunch hours! I honestly found that quite absurd. We arrived before 2:00 PM and were told they would try to accommodate us, but many items were already sold out by then. It was a disappointing start, especially when you’re hungry after a flight and looking forward to a proper meal. As for the food, it was actually not bad. The dishes we managed to order tasted decent and were enjoyable enough. However, what really affected the experience was the service. The staff came across as uninterested and indifferent, as if they simply didn’t care. It left us feeling more irritated than welcomed. Overall, the food was okay, but the combination of limited availability and lacklustre service means I probably wouldn’t recommend this place.

We visited to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had requested counter seating when making the reservation (which we had received an confirmation email) Upon arrival, however, we were seated at a table without any explanation. When we asked about the arrangement, we were told rather curtly by the lady with wavy hair that because we had made the bookings via Chope, arrangements are subjected to first-come, first-served basis. A simple, polite heads-up would have made a much better first impression. Service throughout the meal was inconsistent. While plates were offered to be cleared even when there was still food remaining—suggesting an overly eager approach, which made the experience felt rushed. Which resulted in an unnecessary wait for the paella, disrupting the overall dining flow. As for the food, the Padrón peppers were underwhelming—slightly bitter, astringent, and lacking the expected texture. The Argentine prawns were flavourful, but unfortunately did not taste particularly
